Year 8 focus is to develop our students’ learning and social skills through challenge, achievement and a broad and balanced curriculum both inside the classroom and beyond.

Please remember that your Tutor and House are your main contacts throughout your time at SVC, as they know you best and can guide you through the different transitions/stages.

12th February – Guided Choices Subject Evening (Options)

23rd February (week beginning) – Report 2 emailed home and Student & Tutor Academic Meetings (feedback emailed home)

12th March – Year 8 Subject Parents’ Evening

11th March – Values and Experience Day 3

Monday 16th March – Guided choices/Options deadline.

14th May – Values and Experience Day 4

6th July – 10th July – Experience week (trips etc)
