Swavesey Library
‘There has been a Public Library at the College since it opened in 1958 and the College continues to support our work in the community.’
Richard Hart, Swavesey Library Chairman
Your Library Swavesey is a volunteer-run village library open to all. This library is linked to the Cambridge County Council Library Service, enabling it to provide an almost identical service in Swavesey, including:

- Local history section
- Local information
- Regular story times for our younger readers
- Free Wi-Fi and Internet-linked computers
With your Cambridgeshire County Council membership card you have the ability to borrow any of our books and to order books, DVDs and CDs from any Cambridgeshire County library for collection at Swavesey.
Opening Times
Tuesdays 15.30 – 17.30
Wednesdays 17.00 – 19.00
Saturdays 10.00 – 12.00
As a volunteer-run library we warmly welcome anyone with a couple of hours a month to spare who would be willing to assist in running this facility. In addition, donations of new and used books are always welcome.
