Venue Hire

As part of the Village College ethos, Swavesey enjoys supporting businesses, groups, clubs and wider interests through provision of our Venue Hire.

The College has a suite of rooms available for meetings, conferences and workshops (suitable for groups from 8 – 40) alongside a large, modern multipurpose Performance Hall suitable for large meetings, productions, concerts, theatre and all disciplines of dance – and more.  This seats 220 in our tiered seating plus stage, or more on the flat with option of ‘cabaret style’ tables for large meets or conferences/workshops.

We welcome enquiries from the local community and businesses in the area.

Our meeting rooms are available from 8.00am until 9.30pm and rates can be adjusted to include syndicate rooms.

Our multipurpose Hall is available for hire at evenings and weekends.

Free WIFI broadband access is available and all rooms have projectors and flipcharts.

We offer a range of catering and refreshment options to suit your needs and we are happy to discuss options with you.

We also have a range of traditional spaces available for hire eg Gym, IT Suites, Drama/Dance Blackbox Studio, and Classrooms. These facilities can be hired individually or as part of a package and are competitively priced.
