Fees

To secure your place on a course, fees are payable in full when you book and enrol. You can pay by all major debit and credit cards either online or over the phone, please call 01954 234489. Please note that early enrolment is advised as some classes fill quickly.

Equipment Costs

Material costs for books, cooking ingredients and other course materials etc are NOT included in the course fee unless indicated. Any extra costs are shown in the course description or advised by email.

Refunds

A full refund will be given when a course/workshop is cancelled due to low enrolment numbers.  Please note fees are not refundable for absence from a class that is continuing to meet except due to illness when a doctor’s certificate is required.

If a class is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, such as adverse weather or tutor illness/ unavailability, then extra classes will be added and no refund will be available.

If government advice requires us to close, where possible classes will be moved to online teaching, therefore, no refunds will be provided. However, if classes cannot continue online then we will refund you for the classes missed when we are able to do so.
