Unifrog – Online Careers Platform

Unifrog is our online careers platform, giving students access to a wealth of knowledge and information about different career paths and post 16 options, as well as a range of tools and knowhow videos to help them prepare for their future careers.

Within school Unifrog is used to set students tasks that will help them to explore their interests and future opportunities as well as being a record of careers related education that they have participated in.

They can log into this from any computer, tablet or smartphone using their school email address.

Students

Your Unifrog account is a valuable resource when thinking about your future career choices. During your time at Swavesey Village College you will develop your knowledge of career options and this learning is recorded in your Unifrog account. As you reach a point of needing to make your post 16 choices the information you have built up within Unifrog will also come together to help you write your personal statement.

We encourage all students to make full use of their Unifrog account, exploring the wealth of information, tools and knowhow videos to help them prepare for their future beyond Swavesey Village College.

Other useful resources for students:

Parents and Carers

As a parent or carer we would encourage you to have regular discussions with your child about possible future career options. There are many online resources available to help support these discussions, some of which we have included links too below.

And in addition to all students having access to Unifrog,  as a parent or carer you will soon also be able to sign up to the platform. This will not only give you access to the wealth of careers information, but will allow you to track any careers related activities that your child is assigned to do through the Unifrog platform. Please contact sraven@swaveseyvc.co.uk for more information about how to set up a Unifrog account.

Employers and Alumni

Our careers programme includes regular interactions with local employers and alumni, giving students the opportunity to engage directly with the world of work through a combination of face-to-face visits and virtual talks.

These interactions are fundamental to the success of our careers programme so if you would be interested in sharing your knowledge and experience please do get in touch: sraven@swaveseyvc.co.uk.
