Today, classes in Year 7 and 8 are producing a news bulletin during their English lessons. Focusing on different areas of today's news, they will be filming professional style news broadcast. Students will be working in a 'real life' news room environment. They are working in small groups and will come together near the end of the lesson to create a short broadcast.

10:29 - The day has begun and the first classes are beginning their bulletin. More to follow!
10:58 - Two minutes until broadcast! Students are really feeling the pressure of a real news room. One of the weather groups was quoted as saying "I hope we get snowed in!"
11:16 - The first group of students (Y8's) have produced their news bulletins. A new set of students will start their sessions soon.
11:40 - Some picture updates! Videos have now been uploaded to the schools systems.
12:13 - Once again, we are getting ready for the next broadcast!
12:24 - Students are getting ready to film their school news bulletins.
